Happy Birthday, Sasuke

Yes, this just proves how pathetic I am- I am now making birthday presents for fictional characters. Well, I saw on my Naruto calendar, which conveniently has most of the characters' birthdays on it, that today was Sasuke's birthday. How old he's turning, I can't say. But when faced with either drawing something for him or having to clean my room...easy choice.
If you're a SasuSaku fan, like myself, you can imagine that Kakashi is giving a tied-up Sakura to Sasuke for...well, whatever Sasuke wants. That's how I planned it, anyhow. If you don't like the pairing, you can think that Kaksahi's giving the birthday boy a Sakura that can't talk. Eh, your call.
